Se bazeaz\u0103 pe dezvoltarea \u015fi ob\u0163inerea unor terapii care \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163esc poten\u0163ialul intrinsec al organismului \u00een generarea unui r\u0103spuns imun eficient \u00ee<a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/08\/07\/obiceiuri-alimentare-care-lupta-cu-cancerul\/\" target=\"_blank\">mpotriva cancerului<\/a>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Cancerul apare atunci c\u00eend sistemul imun este dezechilibrat: fie nu mai distruge celulele canceroase, pentru c\u0103 nu le mai recunoa\u015fte ca fiind str\u0103ine, fie este sl\u0103bit. Terapiile inumo-oncologice activeaz\u0103 sistemul imunitar, permi\u0163\u00eend recunoa\u015fterea \u015fi distrugerea celulelor canceroase. Aceste terapii s\u00eent diferite fa\u0163\u0103 de cele conven\u0163ionale, deoarece ac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 asupra sistemului imun \u015fi nu asupra tumorii \u00eens\u0103\u015fi. Prin activarea sistemului imun, acesta recunoa\u015fte \u015fi distruge celulele canceroase. De asemenea, ofer\u0103 memorie pe termen \u00eendelungat, \u00een a\u015fa fel \u00eenc\u00eet se pot adapta, gener\u00eend r\u0103spuns durabil. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Datele existente la acest moment sugereaz\u0103 ca efectele terapiilor imuno-oncologice asupra celulelor canceroase s\u00eent de durat\u0103, chiar \u015fi dup\u0103 remisie. Reac\u0163iile secundare ale acestor terapii s\u00eent manevrabile, comparativ cu alte tratamente oncologice, oferind astfel posibilitatea de a transforma anumite forme de cancer \u00een boli cronice \u015fi reinser\u0163ia socio-profesional\u0103 a persoanelor afectate de aceste suferin\u0163e. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Exist\u0103 \u015fi <strong>dezavantaje<\/strong>: mecanismele de rezisten\u0163\u0103 care se instaleaz\u0103 la aceste tratamente \u015fi le fac ineficiente, <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/07\/28\/curcumina-inhiba-dezvoltarea-celulelor-canceroase\/\" target=\"_blank\">celulele canceroase <\/a>g\u0103sind modalit\u0103\u0163i de evitare a lor, respectiv a <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/06\/20\/vaccinuri-naturale-vegetale\/\" target=\"_blank\">sistemului imun<\/a>. Nu exist\u0103 suficiente date care s\u0103 sus\u0163in\u0103 eficien\u0163a acestor terapii \u00een toate formele de cancer \u015fi \u00een toate cazurile. Un impediment important este \u015fi costurile ridicate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Multe dintre aceste tratamente s-au dovedit eficiente \u00een stadiile avansate sau metastatice, nu \u015fi \u00een formele incipiente ale bolii. <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Exist\u0103 afec\u0163iuni oncologice unde aceste terapii nu \u015fi-au dovedit eficacitatea \u015fi pacien\u0163i care nu r\u0103spund la astfel de tratamente. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Tratamentele imuno-oncologice au determinat un control mai bun al bolii canceroase \u015fi o supravie\u0163uire crescut\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de terapiile standard disponibile. Datele s\u00eent diferite \u00een func\u0163ie de tipul de <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/07\/25\/top-8-alimente-cancerigene\/\" target=\"_blank\">cancer<\/a>, respectiv de terapia utilizat\u0103. Se poate ob\u0163ine o cre\u015ftere a supravie\u0163uirii mediane fa\u0163\u0103 de terapia standard cu 4,1 luni p\u00een\u0103 la 5 ani.
