O echip\u0103 de cercet\u0103tori canadieni a descoperit c\u0103 doi compu\u015fi ai cafelei pot fi utili \u00een preven\u0163ia bolii Parkinson<\/a>. Oameni de \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 s-au concentrat pe proteina numit\u0103 \u03b1-sinuclein\u0103, care declan\u015feaz\u0103 boala atunci c\u00eend se pliaz\u0103 gre\u015fit \u00eentr-o structur\u0103 compact\u0103 \u015fi se asociaz\u0103 cu afectarea neuronilor <\/a>care produc neurotransmi\u0163\u0103torul numit dopamin\u0103. \u00cen cadrul studiului, s-au folosit celule de drojdie care mimau modific\u0103rile \u00eent\u00eelnite \u00een boala Parkinson.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Astfel, s-a descoperit c\u0103 doi dintre compu\u015fii cafeinei au impiedicat aglutinarea proteinei \u03b1-sinuclein\u0103. Oamenii de \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 au demonstrat c\u0103 \u00eentr-un mediu cu galactoz\u0103, \u00een celulele de drojdie nu cresc conglomerate de \u03b1-sinuclein\u0103.
