H. \u00cen prezent, Italia, Turcia, Egipt, China \u015fi Japonia s\u00eent cei mai mari cultivatori de vinete din lume. <\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Gustul am\u0103rui al vinetei necoapte au f\u0103cut ca leguma s\u0103 fie ocolit\u0103 timp de sute de ani, oamenii fiind convin\u015fi c\u0103 aduce nebunia, lepra \u015fi cancerul. Prestigiul vinetelor a fost recucerit pe la mijlocul secolului XVII, c\u00eend vinetele au intrat \u00een gr\u0103dinile palatelor ca plant\u0103 decorativ\u0103, \u00eenainte de a ajunge, din nou, \u00een farfurie. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Vinetele pe care le m\u00eenc\u0103m s\u00eent fructe (ca \u015fi ro\u015fiile). Au doar 27 de calorii \u00een 100 de grame de vinete coapte, dar s\u00eent foarte bogate \u00een vitamine, Blocheaz\u0103 formarea radicalilor liberi \u015fi reduc nivelul de <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/07\/24\/colesterolul-oscilant-pune-sanatatea-in-pericol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">closterol r\u0103u<\/a> din s\u00eenge. Vinetele au efect laxativ, ca urmare a fibrelor pe care le con\u0163in (3,4 grame la 100 de grame), stimuleaz\u0103 activitatea ficatului \u015fi a <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/08\/03\/karela-un-castravete-care-lupta-cu-afectiunile-pancreasului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pancreasului<\/a>. Nu au colesterol, dar au gr\u0103simi monosaturate \u015fi vitaminele C (2,2 mg) \u015fi B9. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Vinetele nu fac r\u0103u la stomac \u015fi nici la bil\u0103, a\u015fa cum se crede \u00een mod eronat.
