Documentul a fost publicat online \u00een Journal of Critical Reviews in Toxicology.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Dr. Kenneth A. Mundt, autorul principal al studiului, a condus mai multe cercet\u0103ri care analizeaz\u0103 riscurile expunerii la formaldehid\u0103. Ponderea probelor \u015ftiin\u0163ifice nu sustine o asociere cauzal\u0103 \u00eentre <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/11\/11\/hainele-care-ne-imbolnavesc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">formaldehid\u0103 <\/a>\u015fi leucemie.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Studiul original, publicat \u00een ianuarie 2010 de Luoping Zhang \u015fi 33 de speciali\u015fti \u00een epidemiologie, biomarkeri \u0219i prevenirea <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2017\/05\/04\/sutienul-care-detecteaza-cancerul-de-sin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cancerului<\/a>, a comparat prezen\u021ba anomaliilor cromozomiale dintr-un grup mic de lucr\u0103tori chinezi expu\u0219i la formaldehid\u0103 cu prezen\u021ba acestor anomalii la <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/09\/17\/aerul-inchis-scade-performantele-angajatilor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">muncitorii<\/a> neexpu\u015fi. Cercet\u0103torii au sugerat c\u0103 diferen\u021bele observate ar putea indica un mecanism care leag\u0103 expunerea la <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2017\/03\/09\/cinci-pasi-catre-o-casa-mai-putin-toxica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">formaldehid\u0103<\/a> cu leucemia.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00cen lucrarea lor, Mundt \u0219i coautorii au analizat datele brute din studiul Zhang, incluz\u00eend \u015fi date recente, indisponibile anterior, privind expunerea lucr\u0103torilor la formaldehid\u0103. Ei au revizuit, de asemenea, c\u00eeteva alte studii noi privind efectele <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/07\/12\/chimicale-care-afecteaza-zi-de-zi-creierul-copiilor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">formaldehidei<\/a> asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, inclusiv cele care arat\u0103 c\u0103 formaldehida nu poate ajunge la m\u0103duva osoas\u0103, adic\u0103 acolo unde se constat\u0103 efectele cauzatoare de <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2017\/02\/03\/radacina-de-papadie-ucide-cancerul\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leucemie.<\/a> Autorii au concluzionat: \u201e<em>Dovezile epidemiologice ofer\u0103 prea pu\u021bine dovezi ale unei asocieri cauzale \u00eentre expunerea la formaldehid\u0103 \u0219i AML (<a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/medicament-eficient-in-leucemie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leucemia<\/a> mielogen\u0103 acut\u0103)<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Concluziile studiului Zhang au fost folosite de mai multe organizatii de evaluare a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii pentru a sublinia \u00een mod inadecvat c\u0103<a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2016\/06\/30\/ingredienti-nocivi-in-cremele-de-protectie-solara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> formaldehida <\/a>cauzeaz\u0103 leucemie. De exemplu, \u00een monografia din 2012 privind formaldehida, Agen\u021bia Interna\u021bional\u0103 pentru Cercetare a Cancerului a stabilit c\u0103 \u201e<em>dovezile epidemiologice arat\u0103 c\u0103 expunerea profesional\u0103 la formaldehid\u0103 provoac\u0103 <a href=\"http:\/\/doctorexpres.ro\/index.php\/2017\/01\/18\/o-enzima-din-drojdie-ar-putea-trata-leucemia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leucemie<\/a><\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Constat\u0103rile noii analize pun sub semnul \u00eentreb\u0103rii validitatea tuturor acestor recente evalu\u0103ri ale efectelor formaldehidei, a declarat dr.
